Downloading and Installing the Filter

Instructions on how to download and install the filter for Windows or Mac.

Before downloading and installing the filter, make sure that cookies are enabled and turn off any antivirus programs your computer is running.
Once your payment has been approved you will automatically be redirected to the download page. Click on the download link on this page to begin the install.
If you decide not to install the filter directly following your account payment or if you wish to install on additional computers, you can go to Familyfellowship.com, click on the My Account tab at the top of the page and login with your username and password (which were emailed to you at the time you signed up). Once you have logged in, scroll down and click the Download the filter link which will walk you through the installation process. (If you are using Vista please click the Notice for installation instruction.)
Once you have completed the install click “Yes” to reboot. Once your PC has restarted, open your browser and login to the first time login page - the restart must be completed to activate your filter
After you have installed the filter, please be sure to clear your browsers cache to remove any temporary internet files that have been stored on your hard drive so that they will be filtered in the future.

When the installation is complete, you do not need to reboot. Simply eject the download icon, open your browser, and login to the first time login page to activate your filter.
